All entry information is available on this page and via our Street Crew. The Street Crew hands out informational fliers for sending the information to us via Text.
We pick Lobster Roll Winners with our proprietary texting software. This means when we send out the “Your A Winner” text you can pick up your prize and use it the same day. We are at the same event as you are so come and see us.
UPDATE: [The Town Of Barnstable has told us we can not conduct our business at this public event. We can still run our giveaway we just can't do business on public property in there town. In an effort to give away as many Lobster Rolls as possible we have sent the street crews to other Fireworks displays on Cape Cod. We have come up with some unique ways to spread the word about the free Lobster Rolls.

Our contest are based on participation. That means the more people who enter the more prizes we give out.

Our Street Crew will be at the Best viewing locations for this years fireworks. Visitors to Cape Cod will want to be at Aselton Park, Bismore Park and Veterans Park Beach. If you want to be in a prime location these are them.
The Street Crew will be randomly handing out chances and will be on the street from now until the Fireworks are over. Find our locations by following us on Twitter.

Rules and Details:

• You can contact us by using the contact form we provide HERE
• -Winners will be randomly picked immediately after the Hyannis Fireworks MONDAY, JULY 4, 2011 finish. (approx 9:30 PM July 4)
• -Winners can pick up their prizes at our location in Hyannis up to 30 minutes after the winners are sent “Your A Winner” text. Our location and phone number will be sent in the Winners Message. If a winner is not available to pick up a prize the night of the drawing they must use this sites contact form. Make sure when claiming your prize you send your Name, Address and Phone Number so we can identify you. We can send the prize to you or you can pick it up at our office.
• -We use proprietary software to run our giveaways. All participating is done through this software so we can insure all prizes are delivered to the winners quickly and accurately. To participate you must enter through our texting system by text the word lobster to 41242.
• -We will giveaway free gift certificates for a local Hyannis business that has huge Lobster Rolls. We have chosen gift certificates because not everyone likes lobster.
• -To enter participants must text the word “lobster” to the number 41242. The participants can opt out at any time by texting the word “stop” to 41242. If a participant “Opts Out” they are removed from the drawing.
• -Free Lobster in Hyannis participants be aware that your texting plans fee’s apply. We do not charge your phone for your participation. Your carrier might.
• -Winners must contact us within 24 hours of the drawing or we will pick another winner. When a winner fails to contact us we will randomly draw a new winner, wait 24 hours for them to respond and then randomly draw names until the prize is awarded.
• -If we deem a participant in this giveaway is not acting in good faith we reserve the right to remove them from the drawing. In other word don’t try to cheat us.
• -Amount of winners is determined by the amount of participants. We will award one lobster Roll per a % of participants.
• -Only residents of the USA are eligible to win via mail. If you do not live in the USA lower 48 states you must pick up your prize from us with in 30 minutes after the Hyannis Fireworks Monday July 4 2011. Any USA resident can enter, but must contact us or accept the prize in person within 24 hours of notification. If you are not on Cape Cod MA 02601 but in the USA we will send a $10.00 iTunes card.
• One prize per person.
• One prize every 60 days per a person. When we run another giveaway everyone from the previous giveaway is entered.If the winner from future drawing won a previous drawing within 60 day we will randomly draw another entry.
• We take your privacy seriously. We don’t spam cell phones or email. Every message we send you has an opt out button or link. When a user opts out of a newsletter or prize giveaway they are automatically removed from our contacts. The site privacy policy is here
